I choose to say “I have a good day today, but I have my great day before.” rather than saying “I have a bad day today.”
I choose to think, “I’m changing my lifestyle, my full of comfort lifestyle. Like it or not, I will be standing in between where I can feel unsatisfied or satisfied by the change. Now, I feel unsatisfied by the change, this doesn’t meant I failed and need to change to my old lifestyle. I just not walking in the right direction for now, since I’m still learning and adapting to this lifestyle.” rather than saying, “It’s not what I expected, I need to go back to my old lifestyle!”
For this 2012, I will try to be more positive in seeing and living my life.

So just like the title, I will try to be healthier in 2012 in terms of the food that I ate and the lifestyle that I choose. Yeah! I also have my own UGW (Ultimate Goals Weight) for me in 2012.
I do not know when I reach my UGW, what will be happening to me. Am I gonna be more happy, more confident or more alive. That doesn’t mean I’m not alive now, I just felt I miss something. So to reach my UGW, I started to be more passionate in doing an exercise at the gym.
Enough with the blabbering, so I made up my mind to built my running ability in 4 weeks running program that I found in this link : http://www.superskinnyme.com/
My progress is I already reach week 2 phase 1.
Where I do 5 minutes warm-up by walking, and combination of run-walk plan that I run for 3 minutes and walk for 1 minute that repeated in 5 times and end up with 5 minutes walk to cool down. I never expect myself to run for more than 1 minute because of the laziness in myself.
All I can said, Yippie! Can’t wait till I reach the week 4 phase 4. :)
one day I will have my own fashion show. :D
